In-Person Pickups.
Kiki’s Kreationss In-Person Pickup Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding in-person pickup of custom garments from Kiki’s Kreationss by the Client.
1. General Policy
Kiki’s Kreationss does not offer in-person pickup as a standard option. All completed garments are typically shipped to the Client through a courier service, unless an exception is granted by the Kiki’s Kreationss.
2. Exceptions for In-Person Pickup
In exceptional cases where in-person pickup is approved by Kiki’s Kreationss, the following conditions will apply:
• Kiki’s Kreationss will choose the pickup location. The Client cannot choose or request an alternative pickup location under any circumstances.
• The pickup location will be selected by Kiki’s Kreationss, based on considerations of convenience and safety.
• The specific date and time for pickup will be coordinated by the Kiki’s Kreationss and communicated to the Client in advance.
3. Client Responsibilities
By agreeing to an in-person pickup, the Client acknowledges and accepts the following:
The pickup location is determined solely by Kiki’s Kreationss.
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled pick-up. A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed. After this period, Kiki’s Kreationss reserves the right to reschedule the pick-up time at its discretion. Repeated lateness may result in additional fees or refusal of future in-person pick-ups.
4. Liability
Once the garment is handed over at the designated location, Kiki’s Kreationss assumes no responsibility for the garment. The Client assumes full responsibility for the item from the moment it is picked up.
If the Client chooses to send a third party to pick up the garment, written authorization from the Client must be provided in advance. Once the garment has been released to the authorized individual, Kiki’s Kreationss is not responsible for the condition of the garment, its handling, or any issues that may arise after release.
